Contact management within the Mailjet API is done by managing three types of objects:
- Contacts represent the email addresses you want to send your messages to
- Contact properties are additional custom data about your contacts you can store in Mailjet
- Contact lists help you organize your contacts to easily select the part of your contact base you want to send your campaigns to
- List recipients manage the relationship between a contact and a contact list - every instance of a contact being added to a list creates a new list recipient
