# Delete a Template

Endpoint: `DELETE https://api.mailjet.com/v1/REST/templates/:id`

You can delete a template using the template ID.

Caution!
Once a template is deleted, it cannot be restored. Ensure you have verified the template ID and are certain about deleting the template before proceeding with this action..

### URL Parameters

`id` = The ID of the template.
